- The listed price is for personal use commissions. If you require commercial use, the price will be doubled (x2). Please inform the artist before placing an order.- For usage as a profile picture or cover image on social media, the price is adjusted to x1.5.- Commission requests can be made via Twitter (X) DM or Email: [email protected].- All artworks will be used to promote the artist's profile across all platforms (with a watermark). If the work cannot be revealed publicly, please inform the artist during the briefing.- Omakase refers to entrusting the character design entirely to the artist. Revisions cannot be made. This option is suitable for those who are looking for a challenge. You can only brief the artist on the character, image tone, and color scheme. For a horizontal image, there is an additional charge of +6$ (examples of tone briefings include warm, cheerful, sad, joyful, fun, etc.).- The CMS Chibi project is a small-scale task and will not affect the main project timeline. We will work on it separately in our personal time. However, it will be included in the overall work schedule to make it easier to calculate the timeline.- Adding extra characters will incur an additional 70% charge. However, if the characters are separate from each other, they will be priced individually.- Payment Wise only.

Terms and Conditions

- If the project has already begun and you wish to cancel, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.- The artist reserves the right to cancel or decline a commission. In cases where the artist is unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Work Process

- Sketching > Send for review > Line art/base coloring > Send for review > Finalize/Deliver work.- During the sketching phase, unlimited revisions are allowed until it meets your expectations. However, once it moves to the line art and coloring phase, only two revisions are allowed. Any additional changes or revisions beyond the brief will incur extra charges.- After the final delivery, no further revisions are allowed. If revisions are needed at this stage, additional fees will apply.

Payment Terms

- Payments can be made in two ways: a deposit or full payment.- The artist will only begin the queue once a deposit or full payment has been received.

Personal Use Terms

- For personal use only, such as collection, setting as a wallpaper, creating personal items, or any usage limited to the client alone.- The artwork cannot be redistributed, modified, reproduced, falsely claimed as your own, or used for commercial purposes without the artist's permission.- If you wish to resell the artwork, it can only be sold at the same price or lower, and the artist must be informed beforehand.- If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purposes in the future, it is recommended to commission a commercial license from the start, as the artist does not allow changing the license later.- Proper credit to the artist is required in the image or under the post, using the pen name AYA09.- The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist.

Commercial Use Terms

- The artwork can be used commercially in almost any form, such as novel illustrations, stream graphics, promotional items, giveaways, gifts, or business-related usage.- If you wish to resell the artwork, it can only be sold at the same price or lower, and the artist must be informed beforehand.- The artwork cannot be falsely claimed as your own.- Proper credit to the artist is required in the image or under the post, using the pen name AYA09.- The artwork cannot be modified unless permission is granted by the artist.- The copyright of the artwork belongs to the client.

Important Notes

- The use of the artwork for NFTs and AI in any form is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if discovered.- If a personal-use artwork is found being used commercially, a penalty of 5 times the original price will be charged.
